Returns for Physical Books

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as audio books or video books), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
