All the stories follow a day-in-the-life of the two of you, and the mischief Brutie causes along the way. This story in particular has you searching for a missing locket that you bought for your mom for Christmas. Even though you look everywhere, and Brutie looks and acts highly suspicious, you are able to find the locket in time for Christmas and save the day. Effectively, making you and Brutie heroes of your own story. While this may be just be realistic fiction, it is most definitely relatable to many. Don't forget the special feature, where you can 'see a picture of yourself' inside the locket.
Originally illustrated by Stina Dee via ChatGPT, then given to The Book Publishing Company to be hand-drawn in the same style, the artwork in this story reflects what Stina had envisioned for her first children's book. Stina is proud to announce that every story in the series will have a different illustrator, keeping Brutie as a shorthair black cat with green eyes, only slightly different in each.
